Regency College hosts Bordeaux Culinary Masterclass with French Chefs
Regency College of Culinary Arts & Hotel Management in Hyderabad hosted the Bordeaux Cookery Masterclass and International French Culinary Exchange Programme for the first time in the city.

Hyderabad: Regency College of Culinary Arts & Hotel Management, for the first time in Hyderabad, hosted the Bordeaux Cookery Masterclass and an International French Culinary Exchange Programme.
Bordeaux Métropole, Government of Telangana, Lycée de Gascogne – France, in collaboration with Regency college organised three focused master classes on French cookery, French classical Beverages, and the French Art of Dining, offering students an opportunity to learn directly from French Master Chefs.
Live demonstrations were conducted by Chef Olivier Lux and Chef Jean Jacques Berteau, Master Chefs from Lycée de Gascogne, France offering practical exposure to classical French techniques and service styles.
The programme was participated by TCA (Telangana Chef’s Association) Presidium, Adeline Leguillier (Alliance Française of Hyderabad), Hugo Cauvet (Coordinator for Decentralised Cooperation, Bordeaux Métropole–Hyderabad), along with Chef Romain Talbourdeau, Chef Marilou Tamarelle, and Lycee de Gascogne- (Academic Partner- France).
Chef Vinay and Chef Harinath of Regency led a collaborative cooking session with Chef Romain Talbourdeau and Chef Marilou Tamarelle, during which authentic Telangana dishes were demonstrated.
