Retired IAS officer BR Meena appointed as GITAM CEO
Prof D Harinarayana, former Pro-Vice-Chancellor, GITAM has been appointed as Ombudsman of the University
Sanagreddy: GITAM Deemed-to-be University appointed retired IAS Officer and former Special Secretary to Telangana government BR Meena as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities and smooth running of the University operations across all three campuses of GITAM.
Ombudsman to GITAM
Prof D Harinarayana, former Pro-Vice-Chancellor, GITAM has been appointed as Ombudsman of the University. GITAM has already appointed University Grievance Redressal Cell (UGRC) to redress students’ issues.
In case the students are not satisfied with the decision of UGRC, they may approach the Ombudsman for the redressal of grievances.
