RGIA police arrest three alleged drug peddlers in Shamshabad

RGIA police arrested three alleged drug peddlers near HMDA Nursery in Shamshabad and seized 80 grams of methamphetamine and four LSD blotters. Police said the suspects allegedly sourced the drugs from an absconding Bengaluru-based supplier and supplied local customers.

Hyderabad: The RGIA police arrested three alleged drug peddlers near HMDA Nursery on Sampath Nagar Road in Shamshabad, and seized 80 grams of methamphetamine and four LSD blots on Wednesday.

The suspects were identified as Syed Sayeed Hussain alias Lamba, Mohd Imran alias Shukur and Rahmanuddin alias Lala.

Police said the trio allegedly procured the narcotics from Jamshed of Bengaluru, who is currently absconding, and supplied them to local customers and sub-peddlers. The Shamshabad police are investigating the wider drug supply network.
