Hyderabad: Nine years after introducing Hyderabad to speciality coffee, Roastery Coffee House has returned to its roots with the launch of its 15th café in Jubilee Hills. Inspired by the iconic Taramati Baradari, the new outlet blends heritage-inspired architecture with award-winning Indian speciality coffee and a thoughtfully curated food menu.

Founded in Hyderabad in 2017 by Nishant Sinha, Roastery Coffee House has grown from a single café in Banjara Hills into one of India’s leading speciality coffee brands. It now operates cafés across Hyderabad, Kolkata, Delhi NCR, Agra and Lucknow, besides launching its first international outlet in Helsinki, Finland. The brand’s Delhi outlet also houses India’s first Latte Art Atelier.

Designed around the architectural elegance of Taramati Baradari, the Jubilee Hills café incorporates traditional Kalamkari artwork in its upholstery and features a custom-made Kalamkari mural depicting coffee flowers and cherries, reinforcing the café’s Hyderabad-inspired identity.

“Every new café is exciting, but opening another one in Hyderabad is always emotional because this is where Roastery was born,” said founder Nishant Sinha. “The love and support we received from Hyderabad encouraged us to dream bigger.”

Roastery serves speciality coffees sourced directly from estates in Chikmagalur, Coorg and Tamil Nadu, working closely with farmers and paying premium prices to promote sustainable cultivation. Every coffee served scores 80 points or above and is roasted in-house to preserve freshness and flavour.

Guests can enjoy the brand’s trademarked Cranberry Coffee, along with espresso-based beverages, manual brews, cold brews and seasonal offerings, paired with an all-day menu of comfort food and desserts.

With its 15th café, Roastery Coffee House continues its mission of showcasing Indian speciality coffee globally while remaining deeply rooted in Hyderabad.
