Warangal: Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao said that Rs 49.62 crore had been sanctioned to the Wardhannapet Assembly (SC) constituency for the development and widening of various roads, and added that Rs 3.88 crore had alone been sanctioned for roads in Inavolu mandal.
He along with Wardhannapet MLA Aruri Ramesh discussed various issues with the public representatives at the latter’s camp office on Sunday. “With Rs 3.88 crore sanctioned for the Inavlou mandal, I will do my part to expedite 52 EGS works and ensure allocation of more funds to Inovolu mandal to make it an ideal mandal in the constituency,” he Errabelli addded.
MLA Aruri Ramesh said that the Sarpanches, and other peoples’ representatives of the respective villages had been directed to expedite the works sanctioned under the NREGA in the Inovolu mandal and complete them
within a month.
DCCB, Warangal, chairman Marneni Ravinder Rao, Zilla Parishad Vice-Chairman Gajjala Sriramulu, Inavolu Tahsildhar Rajesh, MPDO Venkataramana, Panchayat Raj DyEE Dayakarachary, Mission Bhagiratha DyEE Jeevan, R&B DyEE Suresh, Irrigation DyEE Sharda, RWS SE Ravikumar, and other officials attended the meeting.
