Rs 95 lakhs govt assistance distributed to eligible beneficiaries in Warangal

Wardhannapet MLA (TRS) Aruri Ramesh handed over cheques worth Rs 4.45 lakhs to 17 beneficiaries of the Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF).

Warangal Rural: Wardhannapet MLA (TRS) Aruri Ramesh has distributed cheques worth Rs 91.10 lakhs to 91 beneficiaries under Kalyana Lakshmi scheme from various villages at  Parvatagiri mandal here on Sunday.

He has also handed over cheques worth Rs 4.45 lakhs to 17 beneficiaries of the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) on the occasion. Later, the MLA has distributed clothes to 250 poor Muslim families on the occasion of Ramzan festival.


Speaking on the occasion, Ramesh said that the days of suffering when a girl child in Telangana were gone. “After the TRS came to power, Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao is implementing various welfare schemes to help the poor people from all walks of life,” he said and added that the TRS government was the only government in the country to provide Rs one lakh for the marriages of young women.
