Samyuktha Menon joins the cast of Akhanda 2
Samyuktha was last seen in Devil alongside Kalyan Ram.
Hyderabad: The makers of the Nandamuri Balakrishna-starrer, Akhanda 2: Thaandavam, have officially announced Samyuktha Menon as part of the cast. A poster welcoming the actress on board has also been released.
Hailing from Palakkad, Kerala, this Malayali actress rose to fame in Telugu cinema with her debut in Bheemla Nayak opposite Rana Daggubati. Since then, she has delivered several hits, including Bheemla Nayak, Bimbisara, Virupaksha, and Vaathi (Sir), all of which were major box office successes.
Samyuktha was last seen in Devil alongside Kalyan Ram.
The actress has an impressive upcoming line-up, including Swayambhu with Nikhil Siddharth and Nabha Natesh, Naari Naari Naduma Murari with Sharwanand and Sakshi Vaidya, and the pan-Indian film Hindava (BSS12) opposite Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas.
Meanwhile, Akhanda 2, the sequel to the 2021 blockbuster Akhanda, is directed by Boyapati Srinu and produced by Nandamuri Tejaswini, Balakrishna’s younger daughter, along with Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta under the 14 Reels banner. Thaman is composing the music.
The film is set to hit theaters on September 25, 2025.
