Sangareddy: A short film made by Panchayat Secretary of Enkemuri village in Kangti mandal in Sangareddy district won second prize in the Swachhata Filmon Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
As part of the Swachh Bharat Mission Grameen, the Department of Water and Sanitation conducted the competition. As many as 1,394 villages from Telangana participated in the competition.
Sangareddy Collector M Hanumanth Rao, who congratulated Abhilash for making the wonderful short film, said that he would receive the prize from the hands of Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu on November 19 in New Delhi. DRDO Project Director Ch Srinivas Rao and others congratulated Abhilash for winning the prize.
