SDC server glitch disrupts property transactions in Telangana
As the problem could not be rectified till Saturday night, property owners made a beeline before the Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs) to know information about commencement of services
Hyderabad: Transactions pertaining to property registrations were disrupted at several places in the State due to server problems at the State Data Centre (SDC) for the last two days, officials of the Registration and Stamps department said.
As the problem could not be rectified till Saturday night, property owners made a beeline before the Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs) to know information about commencement of services to complete their pending transactions. Owing to lockdown restrictions, the SROs were working till afternoon only.
There was no clarity as to when the transactions would resume even as experts from the IT department are on the job to rectify the technical glitch in the SDC server. When contacted, DIG Registration and Stamps M Subhashini said the services were disrupted due to server issues at the SDC. Experts from the IT department and Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) were trying to resolve the issue.
