Hyderabad: Sembcorp, a Gurgaon based company, took up the initiative to donate more than 400 medical oxygen concentrators to KVN Foundation, a non-profit organisation to help fulfil the oxygen requirement for home-isolated Covid patients. These concentrators will be given to patients for free by the Bengaluru-based NGO, KVN Foundation, helping reduce the burden on the healthcare system.
This is a part of the company’s ongoing efforts to help people during the Covid-19 pandemic. Sembcorp, which is an independent power producer (IPP) has provided essential medical equipment, including tele-intensive care unit, ICU ventilators, haematology analysers, RTPCR systems, antigen kits, ELISA testing machines, face masks, sanitisers and food items.
