Singareni CMD wants prompt redressal of employees’ grievances
Emphasises need to conduct counselling sessions for employees who are irregular in attending duties to ensure their regular attendance; says no negligence will be tolerated in matters concerning employee welfare

Peddapalli: SCCL Chairman and Managing Director N Balram instructed personnel department officials to ensure quick and efficient resolution of employee-related issues. Stating that lack of timely action would not be tolerated, he emphasised the need to conduct counselling sessions for employees who were irregular in attending duties to ensure their regular attendance.
The CMD and Director (PAW) Gowtham Potru held a review meeting with officials from the personnel departments of all SCCL areas, focusing on matters related to employee welfare and administration via video conference from Singareni Bhavan, Hyderabad on Wednesday. Later, Gowtham Potru held a detailed review with the heads of personnel departments from 11 Areas.
He discussed disciplinary actions being taken against irregular employees, allocation of specific duties to women employees appointed on compassionate grounds, timely processing of CMPF, pension claims, gratuity, CPRMS medical cards, and compassionate appointments for retiring employees.
He directed that no files related to employee welfare should be kept pending and that complete focus must be maintained on prompt and efficient processing. No negligence would be tolerated in matters concerning employee welfare, he made it clear.
