Singareni employee killed, wife injured in road accident on Rajiv Rahadari
A Singareni employee was killed and his wife was seriously injured after their car rammed into a DCM vehicle on Rajiv Rahadari in Siddipet district. The accident occurred due to a traffic diversion near Kondapak
Siddipet: A Singareni employee was killed and his wife sustained serious injuries in a road accident caused by a traffic diversion on Rajiv Rahadari in Siddipet district.
According to Kukunurpally police, the deceased, Abdul Rafi (45), a resident of Bellampalli, was travelling towards Bellampalli from Hyderabad along with his wife Mazher Begum. Traffic had been diverted to one side of the road near Kondapak due to ongoing repair works. Unaware of the diversion, Rafi continued driving at the same speed and rammed his car into an oncoming DCM vehicle. He died on the spot, while his wife suffered serious injuries.
The police registered a case and are investigating.
