Soybean ready-to-cook Hello Tempayy now in Hyderabad
Made with fermented soybeans, the product is available in four different variants – natural, sriracha, peppery szechuan chilli and spiced tawa masala.

Hyderabad: With intent to deliver protein-rich vegetarian meal to Hyderabadis, Vegolution India has launched its Hello Tempayy range of products. Made with fermented soybeans, the product is available in four different variants – natural, sriracha, peppery szechuan chilli and spiced tawa masala. It is made with non-GMO high-protein, low-carb soybeans, and the product is offered in easy-to-cook packets.
For the Hyderabad market, the Bengaluru-based startup is looking at selling its product through Big Basket, BB Daily and Suprdaily which will be followed by retail stores, cloud kitchens and restaurants by end of July 2021. It has also partnered with Hyderabad-based startup UrbanKisaan to offer its product as part of its FarmBowl.
“Hyderabad’s unique blend of tradition and modernity makes it an exciting market for the launch of Hello Tempayy. Moreover, the city’s love for food as well as fitness, makes the launch of a protein-rich ready-to-cook brand like Hello Tempayy both ideally suited and much needed,” said Siddharth Ramasubramanian, founder and CEO, Vegolution India.
In addition, the company, that has a production unit in Bengaluru with a capacity of 120 tonnes, is looking at setting up another unit. “We are actively looking at Telangana to set up our second unit,” he said.
In terms of pan-India expansion, the company aims to be in five cities in the next 12 months and plans to capture the Southern market first. Eventually, it will expand its brand pan-India in the next five years.
