Assistant coach Ishant Singh, who is currently in charge of the Deccan Warriors, spoke about the challenge of the upcoming fixture. “So far in the league, teams have found it difficult to face Delhi FC at their home, given the intensity they are playing with. We have prepared well and are confident in our preparations. It will be crucial for us to secure all three points and move up the table,” he said.

Veteran defender Abhishek Ambekar discussed the team’s approach to climbing the points table and said the season so far has not gone the way we wanted.

“Regardless, we want to put those setbacks behind us, take the remaining matches one at a time, and secure maximum points,” he said.

In the reverse fixture, Delhi FC defeated the Deccan Warriors at the Deccan Arena with a scoreline of 0-1.
