Students of Delhi Public School thank saviours of humanity
Students of the primary wing of DPS- Mahendra Hills made posters to pay a tribute to all the doctors.

Students of Delhi Public School, Mahendra Hills paid homage to the medical fraternity by celebrating Doctors’ Day on July 1. The special assembly started with the lighting of the lamp. The welcome dance performed by students was a treat to watch.
The guest speakers for the assembly were Dr. Sashikanth Srivastav – a cardiologist at Yashoda Hospital and Dr. Neelima Santosh – a plastic surgeon at Gandhi Hospital. Primary school coordinator Evita Joseph welcomed the guests and introduced them to the audience. Dr. Sashikanth spoke about the importance of Doctors’ Day while Dr. Neelima spoke about the precautions one should take during the pandemic.
The words on being mentally healthy had enlightened the gathering. Principal Sunitha Rao expressed her gratitude and acknowledged the doctors for their dedication and commitment towards our society. Head Mistress Neetu Gupta thanked the doctors for attending the virtual celebrations. Students of the primary wing of DPS- Mahendra Hills made posters to pay a tribute to all the doctors.
