Swift response from police constables helps recovering passenger’s bag in Hyderabad
B Purushottam Kumar and Y Vijay Kumar helped in recovery of the bag containing valuables belonging to a passenger at the Lakdi-ka-pul bus stop in Hyderabad.
Hyderabad: The swift response of police patrol vehicle constables of Saifabad police station — B Purushottam Kumar and Y Vijay Kumar helped in recovery of the bag containing valuables belonging to a passenger at the Lakdi-ka-pul bus stop on Monday.
Upon receiving the alert, the vigilant officers immediately conducted a thorough check and successfully recovered the missing bag. The bag contained valuable items including 8 tolas gold and cash of Rs 15,000, a mobile phone. The recovered bag was subsequently returned to its owner.
In recognition of their exemplary dedication, Hyderabad Police Commissioner CV Anand felicitated and rewarded them.
