A youngster allegedly raped a 60-year-old mentally challenged woman who was roaming in Narayankhed town late on Monday night.

According to police, Ette Suraiah and his wife Bhoodevi sprayed chilli powder on his mother Kistamma, and attacked her with a sickle.
