Actor Prakash Raj has been booked in a police station of Karnataka's Bagalkot district over a social media post, in which he allegedly mocked Chandrayaan-3.
Taking to his social media handle, the actor shared that he is undergoing surgery at a private hospital in Hyderabad and assured his fans that there is nothing to worry about.
“I’ve been striving hard for the welfare of MAA; our family has been into it. And those who allege that no development has been taken place during Naresh’s term, they themselves should question it,” Naresh VK said.
Senior character artiste Hema too has announced that she would contest for the MAA president election. Already in the fray for the president post are actors Prakash Raj and Manchu Vishnu.
