The MLA from Mangalagiri constituency met Chief Minister and YSRCP President, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who welcomed him back into the party.

He joined Congress in presence of YS Sharmila, who welcomed him into the party fold by putting a Congress scarf around his neck.

Ramakrishna Reddy submitted his resigantaion to Andhra Pradesh assembly speaker. He is said to be upset with the party attitude.
