Residents of Jayadarshini Residency in Gachibowli have been dealing with drainage water and a severe stench for two weeks. They say debris from a demolished building blocked a nearby nala, causing water to enter the complex and inundate its cellar.
An unidentified man, suspected to be a migrant worker, died of electrocution at Siddiq Nagar in Madhapur, Hyderabad, on Wednesday. Police said no documents were found on the body, making identification difficult.

According to the police, Srinivas who had frequent arguments with the neighbour over trivial matters near the hotel was attacked by the assailant identified as Shiva with an iron rod.
