A man was seriously injured after a rowdy sheeter allegedly attacked him with a knife at a hotel in Mailardevpally, Hyderabad, on Wednesday night. The victim was shifted to a hospital, and police have registered a case.

On Thursday, around midnight Imran Khan (44) and Anam Khan, both of whom were drunk, got into an altercation over some issue and Imran stabbed him. Anam was rushed to OGH where he died while under treatment.
The body was found near houses that were submerged in water for the last few weeks following heavy rains and was later shifted to OGH mortuary where it has been preserved for autopsy and identification
