The Telangana High Court on Thursday directed Congress MLAs Danam Nagender and Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy to file their counters in petitions challenging the Speaker’s refusal to disqualify defected legislators.
Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar has completed cross-examinations of two MLAs accused of defecting from BRS to Congress. While the MLAs deny the charges, BRS advocates presented video evidence and affidavits.
