Remembering the contributions of former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, Harish Rao highlighted that the BRS government officially celebrated Basaveshwara Jayanti, erected a bronze statue on Tank Bund in Hyderabad, and allocated Rs 10 crore for the construction of Basava Bhavan in Kokapet to honour his legacy. He emphasized that the best tribute to Basaveshwara is by following his principles of equality and reform.
