The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) conducted simultaneous searches at multiple properties linked to suspended former police officer Bhujanga Rao, a suspect in the phone tapping case, over allegations of disproportionate assets, officials said. Around 15 locations were reportedly searched in Hyderabad.
The court issued the order on Monday, allowing Bhujanga Rao a 15-day bail period to undergo medical treatment for a heart condition which he claimed to have been suffering from quite a long time.
