The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) will add 235 electric buses in Hyderabad by year-end, supported by new charging depots at Ranigunj and Hayathnagar. Officials say e-buses cut running costs to Rs 8/km compared to Rs 20/km for diesel buses.
