“Many of us entered the service with dedication and a deep sense of purpose, but today we feel disheartened and undervalued,” said members of the Telangana Teaching Government Doctors Association (TTGDA) on Friday, adding that the ongoing neglect by political and administrative leadership is impacting not just their morale but also the quality of patient care and academic standards.
The Government doctors from Telangana State have written a letter to Chairman, NMC, urging him to reconsider or exempt doctors from mandatory use of facial Aadhar-Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS).
"When doctors in government service choose to go for private practice over their duties, their patients are neglected, often leading to severe challenges in accessing timely medical care,"he said
