BRS leader K.T. Rama Rao lauded a 26.4% drop in Hyderabad’s air pollution over seven years, attributing it to the KCR-led government's green initiatives, including Haritha Haaram, increased green cover, and policies prioritising urban greenery and livability.
He said former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was a visionary who tried to revive the past glory of the forests in the State in his efforts to improve the living standards of the people.
The book, published in Telugu, English and Hindi, focuses on forests and natural locations in Telangana where conditions had improved due to implementation of Haritha Haaram and Green India Challenge
