As part of its ongoing crackdown on illegal structures encroaching on the Full Tank Level (FTL) and buffer zones of water bodies in Hyderabad, the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) has issued notices to 240 structures around the lake in Hitec City, the IT hub.

The flyover was built at a cost of Rs. 28.5 crore by the R&B department and is around one kilometer long.
