“Many institutions in India offer undergraduate and graduate courses in public policy, but IFHE is likely the first to introduce an interdisciplinary Ph.D. program in this field,” said Dr. Sushanta Kumar Mahapatra. “This program enhances professionals' skills in using both basic and advanced empirical and analytical methods, covering both quantitative and qualitative approaches.”
