The finance firms were not registered as well. The operators were found to have collected debit cards and mobile phones before sanctioning loans.

They seized Rs.1.28 lakh in cash, promissory notes worth Rs 69 lakh and register books from the house of Arepelli Rajesham.

The arrested person is Iqbal Bin Khalifa (53), a businessman from Barkas in Chandrayangutta.
