Telangana: Sircilla police raids illegal financers, six detained

A total of 24 police teams carried out searches in the houses and business establishments of illegal financiers and seized documents relating to illegal financing

Rajanna-Sircilla: The district police on Friday conducted raids on illegal financiers. Besides taking six persons into custody, 216 documents worth Rs.80 lakh were recovered from them.

A total of 24 police teams carried out searches in the houses and business establishments of illegal financiers and seized documents relating to illegal financing.

Superintendent of Police Akhil Mahajan, in a statement, said that they came to know that some of the illegal financiers were collecting huge interests from the people.

Unable to clear huge interest, some of the people were dying by suicides. Stating that operation of finance business without permission was illegal, SP warned of serious action against illegal financers.
