A five-year agreement between Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Mauritius' State Trading Corporation will provide assured fuel supplies and protect Mauritius from price volatility, the government said. IOCL will supply the country's entire import requirement of petrol, diesel and aviation fuel.
Oil marketing companies HPCL, BPCL and IOCL assured that adequate petrol and diesel stocks are available across Hyderabad and Telangana. They said temporary disruptions at some fuel stations were due to panic buying and urged the public to avoid unnecessary stocking.
