A new Anganwadi building and an integrated toilet complex at a Primary Health Centre were inaugurated under the ITC Mission Sunehra Kal initiative in Kothagudem, strengthening childcare, maternal welfare and rural healthcare infrastructure with support from the WASH Institute.
ITC Limited, under Mission Sunehra Kal, developed key health and civic infrastructure in Kothagudem district, including upgrades at PHCs and sub-centres, aimed at improving rural healthcare access and supporting national quality standards
ITC Mission Sunehra Kal organised a Water Mela in Bhadrachalam to promote responsible water use and watershed management. Around 250 farmers, Anganwadi workers and officials participated, highlighting water conservation, WASH practices and sustainable community-driven environmental initiatives.
Under the programme, selected candidates would be offered a residential vocational training for 60 days in electrician and solar technician courses for men at Electrical Training Centre at Burgampad.
