Formed in 2015 with 15 members, the Khammam Two Wheelers Mechanics Association now has 270 members and has spent ₹11 lakh on welfare. It offers financial aid for education, health, marriages, and emergencies, and plans to build a permanent office.

The union president V Kondal Rao informed that so far Rs 1.30 lakh worth cash rewards were presented to 24 meritorious students by the union.
