Around 10 days ago, the dogs were transferred to the animal birth control center operated by Mancherial municipality and kept in a room. However, they died after being left unfed due to a strike by the center's staff who boycotted their duties. The incident was uncovered when a foul odor began emanating from the center, causing distress to nearby residents.
