A tragic accident in Vadodara claimed the life of Vipulsinh Zala, who slipped into a 15–30-foot open manhole near the Manjalpur Sports Complex while out for dinner with his family. His relatives discovered his boots floating inside the pit during a search after he failed to return. Fire department personnel pulled him out, but doctors declared him dead at the hospital.
Hydraa has admitted responsibility after a five-year-old girl fell into an open manhole in Hyderabad’s Yakutpura. The child was rescued unhurt on Thursday morning. Commissioner A.V. Ranganath said action would be taken against staff responsible for the lapse.
