Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will visit Osmania University on December 10 to review academic blocks, hostels and student facilities. At a review meeting, he directed officials to involve students and faculty in shaping upcoming development works through models, drop boxes and a dedicated website.
With continuous rain lashing the city for the last couple of days, the damp ceiling came crashing down, where the research scholars gathered to read newspapers.
Fortunately, no injuries have been reported by students since the incident happened in the night. However, they were shaken by the sudden collapse of the ceiling.
