A farmer in Siddipet district died after being trapped in flames while burning paddy stubble, marking the second such incident in recent days.

A 70-year-old farmer tragically died in Mancherial district while attempting to extinguish flames in a neighbouring farm at Thimmapur village.

According to police, Thoparapu Nadipi Bheemaiah (68) had set fire to paddy stubble in his fields and fell unconscious due to suffocation as the smoke spread over the area.
