A Medchal Fast Track POCSO Court sentenced Bikash Kumar Naik to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment for kidnapping and sexually assaulting a minor girl on 20 June 2022. The court also imposed a fine and awarded Rs 5 lakh to the victim.

The man K Nitish Singh (20) had gained confidence of the victim and sexually abused her on several instances.
