The Students Protection Forum (SPF) has alleged that several private engineering colleges in Telangana manipulated their Fact-Finding Committee (FFC) reports by submitting false data about infrastructure and faculty.
The issue is with fee revision for private engineering colleges. The State government reportedly decided to continue the existing fee structure for the academic year 2025-26.
In the garb of miscellaneous fee, several private engineering colleges were found to be charging a fee excess than what is prescribed by the government.
