Over 1.19 lakh Ganesh idols were immersed across Cyberabad Municipal Corporation limits at 53 designated points, including Kukatpally’s IDL Lake. The civic body also collected 6,000 kg of flower waste over 11 days, which is being processed into incense sticks and diyas.
Ganesh idol immersion continued at multiple centres across the MMC and Cyberabad Municipal Corporation limits, with civic authorities providing extensive facilities and monitoring arrangements. Officials reviewed sanitation, safety and crowd-management measures to ensure smooth conduct of the immersion process.
