The Ministry of Heavy Industries has received 20 bids through a global tender for setting up integrated Sintered Rare Earth Permanent Magnet (REPM) manufacturing facilities in India. The scheme aims to establish 6,000 MTPA capacity, reduce import dependence, and strengthen India’s role in the global REPM market.
