A motorcycle in Karimnagar was found to have 277 pending traffic challans totalling Rs 79,845, mostly for helmet violations. The vehicle, traced during a routine patrol, was seized by police and shifted to the traffic station.
A 14-year-old boy from Shelgira village in Sangareddy district died following treatment by a local registered medical practitioner. The boy, suffering from cold and cough, was administered injections that allegedly led to a severe infection and consequently his death.
