Ramesh (35) of Chandaipet and Yerra Srinivas (32), of Makkarajipet, were proceeding on a two-wheeler towards Chegunta from Makkarajipet when a speeding auto knocked down their bike.

Police stated that reckless and negligent driving caused the accident. The vehicle was reportedly heading to a farmhouse at the time of the incident.

The incident took place at around 8.30 am on February 11 near Sihora town when a truck collided with their mini-bus, several others were trapped inside the vehicle
