BRS MLAs accused the Congress government of delaying Hyderabad infrastructure projects and underfunding development. They cited slow progress, poor allocations and protocol violations, while the government assured funds and action plans for timely completion.
BRS activists staged a protest at the Chigurumamidi MPDO office in Karimnagar, accusing the Congress government of failing to fulfil its poll promises and delaying key development works. Police intervened and the protesters later submitted a representation to the MPDO
According to Panchayat Raj officials, 17 road projects have thus been stalled in the district due to lack of clearance by the State Forest department and the Centre since 2019.
