Dhawan and Prithvi Shaw played knocks of 85 and 72 respectively to chase down the target of 189 runs against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and guided the side to a seven-wicket win on Saturday.
Rohit and Dhawan achieved the milestone during the ongoing third ODI against England here at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium. The first Indian pair to touch the landmark figure was of former cricketers Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly.
Having lost his place in the T20 playing XI, Dhawan was under pressure to perform in the opening ODI with India spoilt for choices in all batting positions.
Sangwan was the highest wicket-taker for Delhi with three scalps as Uttarakhand scored 287/8 before helping Delhi complete the chase with an unbeaten 58 off 49 balls
Put in to bat, Delhi rode on a blazing 74 off 37 balls by two-down Nitish Rana to post a mammoth 206 for 4 and then bundled out Mumbai for a meagre 130
"There are shorter boundaries here and we had a good game last time. For the bowling line-up as well we wanted to be more professional and test ourselves," skipper Virat Kohli said.
