Mohammed Shariful Islam, accused of stabbing Saif Ali Khan, files a bail application claiming the FIR is fictitious and lacks evidence. The case is scheduled for hearing on July 21.

The cop was identified as K Raj Kumar from Hyderabad City Police. Sources said he often argued with his wife about her fidelity.

The incident occurred when the constable officer, identified as Kiran, brought two persons allegedly involved in a stabbing case, for an enquiry.
