Hyderabad: Constable injured in attack by suspects in police station

Hyderabad: A police constable working at the Chilkalguda police station was allegedly attacked by two persons on the police station premises here on Wednesday.
The incident occurred when the constable officer, identified as Kiran, brought two persons allegedly involved in a stabbing case, for an enquiry.
The suspects picked up an argument and suddenly attacked Kiran on the head, resulting in a bleeding injury. He was taken to hospital, where his condition was stated to be stable.
The Chilkalguda police are investigating.
