The Telangana Electricity Employees’ 1104 Union under TGSPDCL elected its new executive committee at a general body meeting in Suryapet. A Venu and G Sai Baba were re-elected as President and General Secretary, with other key leaders also retaining their posts

The union leaders said as the SPDCL management had responded positively to their demands, the union had decided to postpone the protest.

The Telangana Electricity Employees 1104 union has threatened to hold a ‘maha dharna’ at the corporate office of TGSPDCL on October 26, if the long-standing issues faced by the employees and artisans working in the company were not resolved
