TGSPDCL union elects new executive committee in Suryapet

The Telangana Electricity Employees’ 1104 Union under TGSPDCL elected its new executive committee at a general body meeting in Suryapet. A Venu and G Sai Baba were re-elected as President and General Secretary, with other key leaders also retaining their posts

Suryapet: The Telangana Electricity Employees’ 1104 Union under the Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TGSPDCL) unanimously elected its new executive committee during its general body meeting held on Saturday at Suryapet. Several key office-bearers were re-elected for consecutive terms.

A Venu was re-elected as President for the fifth term, while G Sai Baba, the incumbent General Secretary, also secured his fifth unopposed term, continuing to steer the union’s agenda.


N Venkanna was chosen as Executive President for the fourth time, while Bhaskar Reddy was re-elected as Additional Secretary for the third term. Yadagiri was unanimously selected as the new Joint Secretary.

The new executive committee represents employees from TGSPDCL operational areas covering 15 districts, including Suryapet, Nalgonda, Hyderabad, and Rangareddy, according to Srinivas Naik Bhukya, Information Secretary of the TEE 1104 Union.
